The following meditations are more complex. Each meditation stands on its own and is best practiced repeatedly until you know it well enough to do it without looking at the book. This group is designed to help with concentration, with healing and toning the physical body, and with broadening our minds and consciousness.
As with the rest of this book, I hope you go by your own experiences. If you enjoy this format, please don’t feel you must do the other meditations first.
