Week Twelve: Meditations on Self

INTRODUCTION

This challenging series of meditations combines a gentle movement of the body with real exploration of the self. So many moments of our lives are spent objectifying others that we lack the sensitivity to experience ourselves beyond divisive and critical thinking.

In this series of meditations, we are asked to experience our nature and personality as gifts from a loving universe. Even though we might notice our limitations and faults, the rhythmic continuity of these meditations enables us to experience ourselves beyond our limited nature.
